Guatemalan Billfishing Adventures - Fish Report - Year End 2006

The fishing has stayed red-hot since the last report and in the 19 days we fished this December we have released 537 sailfish on both fly and conventional tackle, won the ILTTA tournament,

as well as released a double header blue marlin, only the second time this has been done in Guatemala.

Brad Watkins, George Purnell, Darren Terzi, John Bailey and Craig Ziegler fished with us the 3rd through the 6th of December. The five-some rotated between the 'Decisive' and the 'Intensity', and tested their skills both on the fly and the bait. Two consecutive days on the bait aboard the 'Decisive' they topped 50 releases and their final day aboard 'Decisive', Brad, George and John released 20 on the fly to total an amazing 250 plus releases for the group in their 4 days of fishing.
